What’s included with my price of admission?

You will have full access to the midway rides, Dino Roar Shows, Petting Zoo and food vendors. Separate Pit Party Pass must be purchased to access the track/pit area before the show.

Can I purchase tickets day-of the event at the gate?

Yes, however ticket prices are increased day of the event and only sold while supplies last. (Day of Event Pricing: General Admission - $25, Child General Admission - $15, Pit Party Pass - $10) The ONLY way to guarantee entry into the event is to purchase online in advanced. VIP Packages and VIP Parking are sold on-line only and will not be offered the day of the event.

Are Tickets Refundable?

No, all ticket sales are final and are non-refundable for ANY REASON - weather, sickness, schedule changes due to weather or other related instances, family emergencies, etc.

Is there a charge for parking?

Yes, but only for VIP Parking on the fairgrounds. There are limited VIP parking spots available at a first come-first serve basis and tickets are only sold on-line before the start of the event.

I'm purchasing the VIP Experience Ticket do I need anything else?

No, the VIP Experience is all inclusive and includes the Pit Party, VIP Parking, and General Admission to the event.

What happens to the event if it rains? 

The event is rain or shine. However, if there is severe weather the event may be postponed a few hours for the safety of all those involved. If all other options have been exhausted, the event may have to be canceled.

What is the Pit Party? 

The Pit Party takes place prior to the show from 5:00pm – 6:30pm and lets you get up close and personal with the 12,000lb Monster Trucks, meet the drivers, walk the track and more!

Is there food available at the event? 

Yes, there will be food vendors on site for the entirety of the event.

Will there be alcohol served at the event?

Yes, admittance to the beer garden is for those adults 21 and older with proof of ID. No alcohol is allowed outside the beer garden area. Outlaw Opry will be performing in the beer garden from 9:00pm – 12:00am June 9, 2023.

How long does the event last? 

The event will start with Driver Intros at 7:00pm and will last approximately 2 hours which includes a brief intermission. However, there will be the Pit Party available 2 hour prior to the beginning of the show. For the adults in attendance (21 years old and older) The Outlaw Opry will be performing in the beer garden after the show from 9pm-12am.  

Is it assigned seating? 

No, all seating is first come-first serve and a ticket does not guarantee you a grandstand style seat.

What happens if we can no longer attend? 

You can sell or gift your tickets to someone else and send the ticketing QR code over to the purchaser.

Can I smoke or vape at the event? 

No smoking or vaping is allowed in the grandstand area or anywhere inside the Pit Party. We do ask that if you need to smoke or vape, you do so in the designated area. No marijuana or any other controlled substance is allowed on the property.

Any additional information I should know about? 

Loud noise, exhaust fumes, flying dirt, dust and small pieces of rubber or metal could become airborne during the event. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to be aware of surroundings at all times and ticket holder is aware of and accepts these risks by entering the facility.
